Super Saturday event on February 11\, from 10 am to 4 pm at the new Salvation Army Community Center\, 1701 \\"C\\" Street in Anchorage.
In addition to free tax preparation\, there will be informational booths staffed by a variety of service providers and financial services to help Anchorage residents save and work toward financial stability. The IRS Tax Advocate's Office will be there to answer questions\, and there will be a series of mini-workshops on these topics\: including student loans and scholarships\, choosing the right savings account\, dealing with debt collectors\, estate planning and leveraging your tax refund into homeownership.
A sign language interpreter will be available.
The workshops are open to everyone\, but tax preparation is limited to basic returns (no business owners\, no rentals\, no complicated investments.)
